Senior Marketing Executive

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Europe, the Senior Marketing Executive will be a key member of the Marketing team and work closely with the Digital, Business Development and Sales teams to support the implementation of the European marketing communications program of activity.
In this role you will:
- Work on the implementation of the marketing plan ‘on time’ and within budget.
- Manage event pre-planning, logistics, and post-event reporting for Linesight hosted and sponsored events in Europe
- Identify relevant events and manage events calendar and attend customer events and tradeshows as and when required
- Work with PR agencies and Marketing leadership team to deliver appropriate media coverage across all key sectors. Responsibilities include working with subject matter experts to deliver agreed pipeline of articles, press releases, opinion pieces, podcasts. The Senior marketing Executive will also be responsible for management of status reports, PR reports and minutes.
- Work with the Marketing Manager and the business to generate and deliver all relevant collateral, both digital and print in a timely manner and within budget. This includes the researching and writing of relevant content including case studies, brochureware, capability statements and presentation decks to support sales and business development activity.
- Work with the Digital Manager to deliver European web content is provided on time and in the right formats
- Assist the Marketing Manager in generating reports and presentations for monthly management, marketing, sales and sector meetings.
- Management and tracking of all cost estimates against budget and reporting same.
- Management of stock for brochureware, branded merchandise and exhibition graphics and signage
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Demonstrable experience in PR including deadlines with agencies, writing skills and media relations
- Strong experience in all aspects of event management
- Are highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, experience of campaign management platforms (Marketo or similar), have strong InDesign experience, Adobe Illustrator(ideal but not essential) and have excellent attention to detail
- Are a creative, energetic, positive and proactive person with the ability to work in a busy marketing department, meet deadlines, work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Have the ability to prioritise, work under pressure, on your own initiative and make decisions
- Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing with a high level of proficiency in English
