Care Agency Field Care Coordinator

Location: Nottingham (NG15) – Office Based

Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (depending on industry experience)

For this office based Field Care Office Assistant position, we are seeking someone with previous office experience in a Care Industry related business. We also have a separate vacancy for a Deputy Manager if you have Care industry Management experience this may also be of interest.

 

What you’ll be doing here:

  • Recruitment support – attracting, interviewing, and on boarding new carers
  • Client contact – managing enquiries, helping set up care packages, and attending visits
  • Operational coordination – supporting rota planning, problem‑solving, and day‑to‑day care management
  • Quality & compliance – helping maintain documentation and supporting CQC standards
  • Staff supervision – building trusted relationships and delivering supportive supervisions
  • Helping with business development – researching opportunities and strengthening professional relationships

 

You’ll also be part of a fair, shared on‑call rota, covering approximately one weekend in seven, with plenty of support from the team.

 

What experience and attributes we’re looking for

  • A background in care administration (essential)
  • Experience with brain injury care would be desirable, not essential
  • A positive, can‑do attitude
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and resilience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Flexibility to take turns on the weekend on‑call rota (around 1 weekend in 7)
  • A full, clean driving licence (travel across the East Midlands, West Midlands & Yorkshire is required)
