What you'll be doing:
• Lead and coordinate support for children and young people across the service
• Supervise and guide staff to maintain high standards of care and professionalism
• Support team delivery during Days and Waking Nights shifts
• Take responsibility for day-to-day organisation within the role, ensuring consistency and calm leadership
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment where children and young people feel safe and understood

What you'll bring:
• Level 3 (in a relevant children and young people/care context)
• The confidence to lead a team and support others to do their best work
• A caring, solution-focused approach-steady under pressure and committed to standards
• A driver’s licence, as driving responsibilities are part of the role
• Availability for Days and Waking Nights
