The Role
Join an exciting and passionate organisation with the remediation project of their digital customer portal. As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to draw on your experience implementing solutions, and working with varying stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Assistance maintaining project scope, timeline, budget, risks and deliverables
- Support with the development and execution of test cases
- Demonstrated understanding of the business environment to identity problems and opportunities to recommend business changes
- Work closely with the core vendors and business SME's to document and refine user stories, business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Responsible for developing and coordinating the management of the testing process
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Project stream and key stakeholders, with ability to resolve conflicts.
What you will bring
- You will possess sound systems experience and process alignment experience
- 5+ years' experience working as a business analyst supporting Business transformation programs
- Exposure delivering data integration projects
- Proven understanding of current IT environments
- Sound understanding of project methodologies such as Agile
- Experience working in mid-sized organisations will be advantageous
