Disability Support Worker – Coal Creek, QLD

Unidex Healthcare is seeking a reliable and practical Disability Support Worker to support a participant in the Coal Creek area.

This is a low-care, active role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying busy, and assisting with a variety of day-to-day activities. The position offers consistent weekday hours and a mix of community access, gardening, property maintenance assistance, creative projects, and general support.

Shift Times
Monday to Friday
10:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate
$55.00 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

Applicants must be available to commit to the full Monday to Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Community access and transport
• Gardening and yard maintenance assistance
• Supporting art, sculpture, and other hands-on projects
• Attending appointments and running errands
• Meal preparation and general household tasks
• Encouraging independence and participation in daily activities

About You

• Reliable and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Happy to assist with gardening, property upkeep, and practical tasks
• Enjoys a varied role and working one-on-one with people
• Holds a current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
• Disability support experience is highly regarded
• Able to commit to the full roster on an ongoing basis
