On shift, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Deliver high-quality aged care to your residents
• Ensure compliance with the new Aged Care Quality Standards
• Update care plans and assessments as well as complete wound care management
• Administering medication
• SIRS management
• Ensuring restrictive practice guidelines are adhered to
• Overseeing and assisting the team of careers
• Supporting the residents' families and listening to feedback and requests
