Volt is seeking a dynamic Bookkeeper for a small family owned company in Santa Maria! This temp to hire position will go fast!
- Assists and works alongside the controller
- Defines bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accounts
- Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Record income and outflow of money, property and other financial assets
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Accounting background preferred
- Accounts Receivables/ Accounts Payables
- Account Reconciliation
- Attention to detail
- Analyzing information
- Dealing with complexity
- QuickBooks Experience is a must
