Location: South West London
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days out of 7 on a rotating weekly schedule)
Shift Pattern: 8-hour shifts scheduled between 07:00 / 08:00 and 20:30

About the Role
The Best Connection is currently seeking an experienced, talented Chef de Partie to join the high-spec culinary team at a prestigious Private Healthcare Provider in South West London.
Working in a high-end medical facility, you will prepare high-quality, nutritious meals tailored to patient dietary requirements, staff catering, and private dining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Running a designated station within the main kitchen, ensuring smooth food service during peak meal times.
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes in line with hospital menus, dietary standards, and allergen guidelines.
- Working closely with head chefs and ward teams to cater to specific patient dietary restrictions and nutrition plans.
- Maintaining immaculate cleanliness, hygiene, and organization standards across your section.
- Conducting mandatory temperature logs, food labelling, and HACCP compliance checks.
- Assisting with stock control, rotation, and minimizing kitchen waste.
Requirements
- Culinary Experience: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a hospital, hotel, or high-volume fresh food kitchen environment.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent culinary qualifications preferred.
- Shift Availability: Full flexibility to work 8-hour shifts scheduled between 07:00 / 08:00 and 20:30, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.
- Food Safety: Valid Level 2 or Level 3 Food Hygiene / Food Safety certificate.
- DBS Check: An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role (assistance provided during onboarding).
