Yard Operative Wanted – Consistent Work & Weekly Pay 

Location: Hailsham | Shifts: Mon – Fri: 08:00 – 17:00

Job Summary:  

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Yard Operatives to assist our client in Hailsham. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys active work, has a strong work ethic, and would be comfortable in a busy yard environment. No prior experience in the tyre industry is required, but a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude are essential.   

Main Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Assist with the loading and unloading of tyres and other materials.  
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard and warehouse.  
• Sort and store tyres according to size and type.  
• Support the warehouse team with general duties as required.  
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times. 

Preferable for this position but not essential: 

• Forklift experience 
• Drivers licence

Requirements: 

• Right to work in the UK.
