IAM Consultant: Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Specialist

 

Our client is a full-stack Identity & Access Management (IAM) provider with a strong foundation in CIAM and a fast-growing presence in B2B and workforce IAM.

As an Omada Identity Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using Omada Identity. You'll work with clients to onboard applications, define access policies, automate lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance. In practice, this is about balancing strong technical insight with practical, real-world delivery.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is comfortable working across both business and IT teams, and wants to help build one of the strongest IGA practices in Europe.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Delivery
    • Configure and deploy Omada Identity Cloud or On-Prem solutions based on client requirements
    • Integrate with HR systems, directories (Entra ID / AD), ticketing systems, and business applications
    • Automate identity lifecycle workflows (joiner/mover/leaver), access certification, and SoD policies
  • ApplicationOnboarding
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather access requirements
    • Define access models, roles, and ownership structure per application
    • Ensure governance rules are auditable, compliant, and scalable
  • Project Engagement
    • Work closely with project managers, architects, and developers
    • Contribute to solution design reviews and implementation planning
    • Troubleshoot and optimize configurations and workflows
  • Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing
    • Document reusable configurations and patterns
    • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and training materials
    • Support the growth of junior engineers and the broader IAM practice

What You Bring

  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Omada Identity
    • Strong understanding of identity governance, access reviews, RBAC/ABAC models, and SoD
  • Technical Skills:
    • Comfortable with scripting (PowerShell, SQL), APIs, and system integrations
    • Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, HRIS systems, and modern cloud environments
    • Troubleshooting and bug-squashing
  • Language Requirements:
    • Professional English required
    • Dutch is a very strong plus.
