D365 CE/CRM Product Manager required on a permanent basis for a leading not-for-profit organisation based in the Midlands.
The organisation are looking for a D365 CE/CRM Product Manager to join their IT team as they work towards bringing D365 Customer Engagement into the core housing side of the business. They will be leading the implementation of Dynamics CE/CRM and so will be a qualified leader with experience delivering technology-based products from start to finish. This person could really make a change to the organisation throughout this transformation by bringing their own suggestions and original ideas.

Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £65,000-£72,000
Essential Skills:
- D365 CE or Dynamics CRM experience
- Relationship management and programme delivery experience
- Stakeholder/vendor management experience
- Product management experience
Desirable Skills:
- Housing systems experience
This person will be responsible for the role out of Dynamics 365 and be the point of contact. They will be working alongside the business with the housing systems team to implement Dynamics CRM/CE . They will work hand-in-hand with IT colleagues to ensure the seamless provision of IT to drive maximum business benefit across the business.
As IT Product Manager, they will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business needs and requirements are moulded into solutions, with excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical information to a variety of audiences. They will be responsible for maintaining, reporting on, developing, and resolving issues regarding service levels within the business for the relevant domain (Corporate or Operations).
They will have Demonstrable experience of leading diverse teams and developing staff in order to maximise performance and will be their responsibility to lead and manage Corporate IT Product domain to drive continuous improvement, maximise efficiency, own and develop the Corporate IT Strategy, develop resource plans and deliver projects and initiative.
