Senior Research Associate

W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $50 - $63 per hour

Location: South San Francisco, CA - Onsite Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking multiple Research Associates and Senior Research Associates to join our Platform Team. You will be instrumental in building our groundbreaking atlas of autoantibody biology—the engine behind our therapeutic pipeline.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform production-scale REAP immune profiling experiments with high precision.
• Plan and execute core development experiments involving yeast culture, antibody purification, cloning, and NGS sequencing.
• Maintain and manage a critical inventory of patient samples.
• Contribute to the daily efficiency of the lab, including organization, inventory tracking, and ordering.
• Ensure all workflows meet our high standards for scientific rigor and reproducibility.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Bioengineering, or a related scientific field.
• 1–5 years of experience in a biotechnology or biopharma setting.
  • Note: Level (RA vs. SRA) will be determined by years of experience and technical autonomy.
• Hands-on experience with PCR, nucleic acid purification, and protein purification.
• Familiarity with medium to high-throughput molecular biology workflows.
• Experience with cell culture (Microbes/E. coli/Yeast) or phage display.
• A working understanding of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows.
