THE ROLE: Parts Advisor - Refinish
THE SALARY PACKAGE: £21,000 (increases based on performance)

THE COMPANY:
A well respected refinish motor factor is expanding within the Leicester. Due to this exciting period of growth, a new role for a parts advisor has arisen.
THE ROLE OF A PARTS ADVISOR:
• You will get involved in all areas of the branch however primarily, you will be responsible for dealing with a wide range of customers, both trade and retail, and aiding them in their enquiries.
• It is also important part of the role to help manage an existing customer base and to help build a new one, all with the aim to develop long term relationships to ensure that you are the go to person whenever they need it!
• This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual that wants the chance to carve their own success and set themselves on their own career path. An interest in the refinish side is great as you will be mixing paint also.
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A PARTS ADVISOR:
Although coming from a direct parts advising background or similar within a motor factor or dealership environment would be fantastic, this organisation are also keen to build for the future and so if you don’t have parts advisor experience, it doesn’t matter! As long as you have an interest in automotive or cars in general, you are welcome to apply!
