The job
-Liaise with clients to ensure full understanding of the purchase and sale contract.
-preparing documentation for the conveyancing of property.
-liaise with fellow professionals from legal practices, banks and accountancy firms.
-filing and indexing paperwork.
-manage your own caseload
-Meet and interview clients to establish the firms suitability to provide the necessary advice and services, based on the firms specialism.
-draft documents
-Carry out all necessary AML requirements.
-Ensure you comply with the CML and panel requirements The Candidate
If not qualified then at least 2 years experience is required in case handling
Must be able to work autonomously
Must be enthusiastic, ambitious and show a strong desire to learn
Excellent attention to detail
IT competent, particularly with Word and Excel
