Warehouse Operative

Location: Wellingborough, NN8 6GT

 Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 18:00

Rate: £12.85 per hour

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team in Wellingborough.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and handle sensitive paperwork in line with data-protection procedures;
• Work at height as required (mezzanine/step ladders) while following safe working procedures;
• Follow company manual handling procedures when lifting or moving heavy loads.

Essential qualifications & skills

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred;
• Comfortable working at heights and performing heavy lifting tasks;
• Must hold or be able to obtain an enhanced DBS (required for handling sensitive documentation);
• Able to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures;
• Good communication skills.
