Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Permanent

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00

 

The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our ever-growing client’s team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is all about delivering exceptional service to their clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
  •  Provide accurate quotes and resolve any queries efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage backorders, keeping clients informed of progress.
  • Assist the Key Account Manager with tasks to ensure outstanding client care.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Competent in using email and live chat platforms; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
