Purpose of Job:

The purpose of the internal Sales Administrator/Account manager is to develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of customer, connecting with key business decision makers. Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.  Reporting to the Head of Sales your daily activities will be varied and you will be involved in assisting with the following activities:

 

  • Internal Sales Calls
  • Pipeline reporting
  • Daily inputting of CRM
  • Commercial activities (internal/external)
  • Interaction and engagement of communications through the business

 

  1. Key Features and Responsibilities

 

  • Responsibility for the development of allocated accounts, both current and lapsed
  • Qualification of leads generated by the website, inbound telephone calls, and other
  • Enquiries including engaging with customers or prospects by telephone and/or Teams
  • Formulating appropriate strategies to secure and/or develop allocated accounts, offering all Company products and services where applicable
  • Creation of customer proposal and rate documents
  • Pipeline Reporting
  • Preparing customer presentations
  • Recording all Sales Activities on SID (CRM System)
  • Preparing and/or assisting in the preparation of tenders and proposals
  • Performing other sales-related duties and activities as may reasonably be assigned by the Regional head of sales from time to time

  • Experience working in a similar position
  • Demonstrable ability to work to strict deadlines and manage work flows from multiple work streams
  • Positive attitude and self-imposed strong work ethics with the discipline and ability to work individually and as part of a team to complete the required tasks and activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills at varying levels from administration to board director level

  • PC literate
  • Excellent Excel and other MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Able to work accurately and effectively
  • Strong inter-personal and communicational skills
  • Self-motivated and enterprising worker with a flexible approach
  • Work under pressure, self-motivated, committed to meeting deadlines and to manage multiple requirements and demands effectively
