LMA is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a specialist Financial Services business in London to recruit the People & Performance Analytics Manager.

 

This is a newly created role as part of the HR Transformation project, focusing on building high quality Analytics capability across the business and working with teams outside of HR, including strategy, risk, compliance ect to map out the key performance metrics and data points that create successful performance and develop a methodology to quantify performance metrics.

 

You will report into the HR Director and work closely with Recruitment, L&D, Reward and Services to build analytics and databases around individual and collective HR data requirements, creating insights to allow the business to make more strategic decisions and provide a best in class analytics service to the team during busy team, notably pay review.

 

You will own the full Key performance Indicator process for the entire business, understanding the qualitative and quantitative performance levers and building intimate knowledge of each team, area, and function and understanding the core metrics that drive performance. You will play an important role in mapping these indicators and helping the company identify ways to enhance performance to drive individual careers and achieve corporate strategic objectives.

 

Once you have established the key metrics you will work with the team to establish qualitative scorecards that drive performance within teams and develop a methodology for reviewing the cascade of KPIs by team and by individual and ensuring alignment with the overarching mission of the business. You may work in collaboration with your L& D colleague to develop specific training materials around key performance indicators.
