K&D Recruitment is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our client based near Aylesbury.
- Are you currently working as a Technician or a Production Operative looking for your next step?
- Do you have Supervisory experience?
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an existing team of 7 Maintenance Technicians.
You will manage the daily shift patterns, recruitment, onboarding of new employees, employee training, and the meeting of weekly KPIs.
You will enjoy being hands-on and supporting the team.
You will be a confident communicator as you are based on the client site, and you will manage and develop the relationship.
In return, you will earn a salary of £31200 - £33280 DOE and a yearly bonus. Free parking, an on-site gym, and a canteen are also available.
