Compliance Manager

In this role you will:  

  • Assist the delivery program manager to monitor and track the progress of ABAC declaration letters, ABAC attestation letters, Ethisphere assessments and where required, issuing escalation protocol letters  

  • Support a culture of compliance by ensuring that the client-provided visual displays and posters are displayed in prominent areas throughout the site 

  • Create a training tracker for in-person and online sessions for all high-risk roles, continuously monitoring progress and reporting back to the delivery program manager  

  • Support the delivery program manager with regular audits, liaising with independent auditors by providing the required records and coordinating with the GC on predefined project completion phases 

  • Support the delivery program manager to arrange monthly executive meetings with the client leadership teams and assist with the delivery of reports on compliance training completion rates and any concerns identified during ongoing activates  

  • Establish a tracker for the GC’s notification of any Government/SOE engagement, ensuring detailed logs are maintained of meeting minutes and attendees for review by the client 

  • Provide regular updates to the project team through bi-weekly compliance meetings on compliance-related status updates & reporting

  • Have experience as a Compliance Project Manager in the data centre sector  

  • Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management, construction or compliance related discipline
