Role Overview
Our client, a world-leading developer tools company, is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to modernize their Legal department using advanced legal tech solutions, AI-driven automation, and process optimization This high-impact role will involve leading cross-regional transformation initiatives, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Spearhead the adoption and integration of cutting-edge legal tech tools to improve legal workflows and operational efficiency

Deploy AI technologies to automate repetitive tasks, enhance legal query resolution, and optimize processes such as contract lifecycle management and compliance monitoring

Lead digital transformation projects to scale legal operations, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with global business objectives

Collaborate with development teams to manage internal platforms, document management systems, and data-driven legal analytics tools

Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate cross-regional projects across the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands
Ideal Candidate

Compensation
€180k-220k, depending on experience
