The Role

Provide high-quality 1st/2nd line end-user support within a fast-paced investment banking environment.
Support senior stakeholders and users across a business-critical technology environment.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and software issues.
Work closely with infrastructure and application teams to resolve incidents quickly.

Requirements

Strong experience in End User / Desktop Support, ideally within financial services.
Excellent Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
Professional, confident communication skills with senior users.
Fluent German and good English required.
Available to start ASAP.
