Role Overview:
The Lead Technical Business Analyst will bridge stakeholders and developers, turning complex logistics requirements into actionable technical solutions, with a focus on order fulfilment, customs, and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements

• Analyze logistics processes, especially order fulfilment and customs (UK customs a plus)

• Assess solution feasibility, challenge estimates, and propose pragmatic improvements

• Ensure accurate data integration across systems

• Support coding/scripting where needed to connect business and technical sides

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong logistics knowledge, including order fulfilment and customs

• Technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers

• Data interfacing experience with complex datasets

• German proficiency: Fluent (C2)
