• To be successful, you’ll need to:

  • Be available for long hours and flexible shifts

  • Have experience as a Storeman/Labourer, or a similar role, and be comfortable working in physically demanding environments

  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Show up on time, every time – reliability is key

  • Communicate effectively and follow instructions

  • Be ready to start immediately

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general labouring tasks across a variety of work sites (e.g., construction, warehouse, and maintenance)

  • Handle manual lifting and transport of materials, tools, and equipment

  • Support skilled tradespeople with day-to-day tasks

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

  • Help with loading/unloading materials and deliveries

  • Operate basic tools and machinery, under supervision

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

  • Perform basic maintenance and repairs when needed

  • Contribute to team efforts and meet project deadlines

  What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a labouring or general hand role (preferred, but not required)

  • Strong work ethic and a reliable attitude

  • Physically fit, able to lift heavy materials and work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor)

  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and machinery

  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously when required

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to follow instructions

  • Knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) regulations

  • Own transport to the work site (if necessary)
