Time: 6am-6pm - 12 Hour Shift (3day roster, Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

Core Operational Duties

• Safely operate high reach forklifts, especially double-deep reach trucks to store and retrieve goods from tall racking systems.

• Perform RF scanning for stock movements and order fulfilment as required.

• Move pallets from production to storage and from storage to dispatch areas.

• Load and unload goods from trucks/trailers and staging areas.

• Palletising tasks and preparing pallets for shipment.

Warehouse Support

• Undertake general warehouse duties including housekeeping, stock rotation and safety checks.

• Assist with inventory management, replenishment and cycle counts.

• Coordinate with supervisors and other team members to meet daily targets

Required Skills & Experience

• Valid LF forklift licence/certification (NSW high-risk work licence).

• Proven experience operating high reach forklifts with double deep capability in a warehouse or distribution centre.

• Confidence with RF scanning computers/manuals and basic warehouse systems.

• Strong focus on safety procedures, knowing how to operate at heights and around other staff.

• Ability to lift manual loads when required and work efficiently in a team — reliability and good communication are critical.

Desirable Attributes

• Previous experience in FMCG or food production distribution settings.

• Comfortable with warehouse productivity targets under time-pressured conditions.

• Warehouse/distribution centre with tall racking and heavy goods movement.

• Fast-paced with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

• Potential requirement for rotating shifts and overtime.
