This is your chance to step into a dynamic 360° recruitment role within the industrial and logistics sector, partnering with leading clients and managing a busy, high-volume desk.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across temporary, contract, and permanent roles
• Source, screen, interview, and place quality candidates across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and production
• Build strong client partnerships and deliver exceptional service
• Coordinate daily bookings, rosters, and workforce requirements
• Maintain compliance, WHS, and onboarding documentation
• Work closely with operations to deliver fast, effective staffing solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience within blue-collar, industrial, or high-volume environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• High attention to detail with strong administrative skills
• Energetic, resilient, and results-driven mindset
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
