The Financial Controller supports the development and implementation of standard processes and technology tools for budget management and reporting, project management, and procurement.
Your responsibilities
- Budget tracking solution
- Standard process maps (budget, procurement, project/portfolio)
- Reporting dashboards
- Support process documentation (standard operating procedures, guidelines, training materials, etc.)
- Development and delivery of training
- Provision of services for financial and budgetary operations
Your Profil :
• Project Management and/or Agile certification is plus.
• PMP Certification (Preferred)
• SharePoint Site, Page, Content Administration
• Process Development (Mapping, Procedural Document Authoring)
• B.S. In operations, finance, technical management data management.
• Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma (Preferred)
• Data Analysis
• Data Visualization Tools (MS Excel, Tableau, Spotfire, etc.) & development experience
• Familiarity w/ GxP or pharmaceutical financial processes is a plus
