Workshop Manager - Drilling Equipment - Oil & Gas (KSA Nationals Only)

Work Location: Al Khobar, KSA
Desired Profile:
10+ years experience in Oil & Gas - oilfield or ideally, will come from a mechanical drilling background.
5+ years experience in managing an oil & gas workshop.
Hands on, practical, flexible, self-starter by personality and experience.
Duties to include:
- Manage the daily running of the workshop facility (operations and personnel), along with the organisation and distribution of work
- Monitor and maximise workshop productivity
- Oversees the procurement, delivery, and storage of materials
- Enhance workshop processes, create and track Shop Work Order packets.
- Develop policies to achieve ISO 9001 certification for Shop/Assembly and Quality Control
