Project Director / Head of Civil Projects

Based between Abuja & Lagos,

Company: a leading real estate & infrastructure firm

Estimated pay: $7K to 7.5K USD pm + Accommodation + Transport with driver + Medical Ins + Flights.

About the Role:

You will assume responsibility for construction and project management of luxury residential apartments and hotel complex in Abuja, and a high rise residential building in Lagos, amongst other construction projects within the wider portfolio as it grows.

Required Profile:

15+ years experience in construction rising to projects manager level.

Must have experience handling multiple construction, buildings projects simultaneously

Civil contracting background

Former work experience in Africa is preferred.

Education:

Degree in Civil Engineering
