Production Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver Required!
The Best Connection are working in partnership with a National Company to find a Production Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver based in Derby. The job is initially a 10 week role with potential to extend the term if the candidate performs well in the role.
Shift: 4 on 4 off (06:00 - 18:00)
Pay: £15.30 p/h
Location: Derby
Duration: Temp to Perm!
Requirements of a Production Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver:
- Must hold a valid FLT Counterbalance Licence and have previous experience with manual handling
- Attention to detail is required for this role
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Physically fit due to the nature of the job/tasks
- Team player
- Good Understanding of the English language due to the nature of the work, (Procedures, paperwork and training)
- Health & Safety Conscious due to the nature of the work
Role of a Production Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver:
- Cylinder manual handling
- Industrial Gas Filling of various types of low pressure/high pressure cylinders
- Vehicle loading and unloading
- Cylinder preparation and quality checks.
- FLT Driving ( Counterbalance)
- General Yard Duties
