Are you a driven logistics professional with a passion for international trade and logistic operations? For one of our dynamic and fast-growing clients in the Antwerp region, we are currently looking for a Logistics Assistant who can manage the entire logistics flow from A to Z.



This young and innovative company provides a unique end-to-end service for international clients who want to import or export goods without having to rely on a traditional importer or build their own logistics infrastructure. They act as a local supply partner, offering complete support including customs clearance, warehousing, re-palletizing, relabeling, and distribution on demand. They work with both sea and road transport, mainly through the Port of Antwerp and Rotterdam, and serve clients worldwide.

Your tasks as a Logistics Assistant

As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a key role in overseeing the full logistics process, including:

• Managing import/export cases from arrival in the port to delivery to end customers
• Coordinating customs clearance and liaising with customs agents
• Organizing warehousing, re-labeling, and re-palletizing as needed with selected partners and/or directly
• Preparing and following up on distribution orders based on client requests
• Communicating with suppliers, clients, and carriers via mail and phone
• Handling all related logistics administration and documentation



Our ideal Logistics Assistant

• You have experience in logistics or a strong interest in the sector
• You have a solid understanding of import/export procedures
• You speak and write perfect Dutch with very good knowledge of English – Spanish and/or French are strong assets and all extra languages are a plus
• You are mature, take responsibility, and are flexible in both tasks and working hours
• You are proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented
• You are comfortable working independently, but also enjoy collaborating with a very small team
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a significant advantage
