Class 2 Driver – Dartford

Permanent Position | £34,500 per annum

The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client based in Dartford.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for a straightforward, stress-free role with consistent weekday hours and a permanent contract.

The Role

• Driving 12-tonne vehicles fitted with a tail lift
• Collections only – no deliveries
• No customer-facing responsibilities
• Job-and-finish position
• Approximately 8–10 collections per day
• Satnav provided
• Monday to Friday
• 5:30am starts
• Average 8-hour working day

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations
• Successful applicants will be required to complete a DBS check
