- Ability to diagnose and resolve network performance issues using tools like Wireshark, Fiddler, WINMTR, Traceroute, and Ping.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage and influence customer expectations, and provide satisfactory resolutions to technical support and infrastructure issues.
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to our Product Management team based on customer requirements, demonstrating the ability to influence product decisions.
- Articulate technical concepts in terms of business objectives and benefits, effectively resetting customer expectations with empathy.
