What will you do?
- Design and manage scalable data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Develop and maintain standardised data models to support self-service analytics.
- Integrate structured and semi-structured data sources.
- Implement business logic and ensure high data quality.
- Optimise and test data processing code.
- Conduct data quality assessments and provide actionable insights.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments.
- Create clear reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Contribute to the development of the company’s data strategy and governance frameworks.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field (e.g. Data Engineering, Computer Science).
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise data platforms, ideally in insurance or finance.
- Strong skills in Python, PySpark, T-SQL, and Azure data services.
- Experience with ETL/ELT, data modelling, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
