What would I do as an Internal Sales Representative?

Working within the internal sales team, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers across the UK.

Your day-to-day role will include speaking with customers over the phone and email, identifying new sales opportunities, following up on enquiries, upselling and cross-selling products, and supporting existing accounts.

You’ll also work closely with the wider sales team to identify opportunities, provide product information and ensure customers receive a high level of service.

The first few weeks will be heavily training-based, giving you a thorough introduction to the company, products, customers and sales process before gradually taking ownership of your own accounts and targets.

There are several examples of graduates who have started their sales careers within this investment group and gone on to progress into senior sales and management positions across the organisation.
