Shared Service Center Lead for AT, IT, HR and SI (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Ensure seamless operations of local IT shared services, supporting internal customers with infrastructure and applications incidents, requests, and changes
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Shared Services Teams consisting of 13 solution experts in four different countries. This includes setting priorities, managing performance, providing training and development opportunities, and fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and operational effectiveness
• Oversee and manage the budget for IT shared services across multiple countries, ensuring cost-effective resource use and adherence to financial constraints
• Collaborate with your shared service center peers in other countries to establish standardized approaches and coordinate on corporate project initiatives, ensuring efficient operations

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an IT department, preferably in IT Infrastructure
• Proven experience in budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to effectively communicate and align with C-level executives
• Strong leadership and team management skills and ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing different projects in parallel.
• Excellent communications skills in both, German, and English
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a plus
