The Best Connection is recruiting reliable and dedicated FLT Counterbalance Drivers in the Tewkesbury area to support operations within a Chilled Food and Logistics Company. 

Pay Rates:
  • £13.63 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
  • Linking production with the transport team
  • Helping ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and loaded safely.
  • Work across areas including the chilled warehouse, glass fridge, factory floor and external loading bays, supporting the flow of products to wholesale customers and outlying depots.
This is a physical, temperature-controlled environment and requires a high level of accuracy and pride in doing things right.

Shift Pattern:
  • Working 5 days within a Monday - Saturday rota
  • Shift times vary based on requirement
  • Early morning starts
