The Best Connection is recruiting reliable and dedicated Cold Store Picker + Packers in the Gloucester area to support operations within a Cold Store Logistics Company. This is an ongoing assignment.

Pay Rates:

• £12.71 for morning shifts and mid shifts
• £13.21 for night shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting, packing, and preparing items for dispatch
• Checking quality, quantities, and label orders accurately
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Support general dispatch and loading tasks

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit for repetitive tasks and standing

Shift Pattern:

• Morning shift - 6am-2pm
• Mid shift - 2pm-10pm
• Night shift - 10pm-6am
• Monday - Friday
• Overtime is available based on production requirements
