HGV Class 2 Driver - Ad Hoc Work

Location: Cardiff

Pay: £16.00 per hour

 The Best Connection is currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers on behalf of our client based in Tewkesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking for flexible, ad hoc work with a choice of weekday and weekend shifts.

What we offer:

The role:

• Delivering goods to customers across the local area
• Completing 3-5 drops per shift
• Heavy lifting and manual handling involved throughout the day
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
• Completing vehicle checks and relevant paperwork

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding work
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious
• Good communication skills
