Warehouse Operatives Wanted – Cambuslang (Freezer Environment)

The Best Connection is currently recruiting reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives for ongoing temporary work, with the opportunity to become permanent with our client based in Cambuslang. If you're looking for consistent hours, weekly pay, and the opportunity for long-term work, this could be the role for you.

We are currently hiring for:

• Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7
• Sunday: Always a day off
• Typical Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday, although Monday to Friday may also be required depending on the client's needs
• Shift times can vary, so candidates must be fully flexible to work any of the following:
  • 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • 11:00am – 7:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Please note: You may be required to work different shift times from week to week, so flexibility across all shift patterns is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately picking customer orders
• Loading trolleys ready for dispatch
• Working efficiently in a freezer warehouse environment
• Following all Health & Safety procedures
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required

• Previous warehouse experience (essential)
• Ability to work in a freezer environment
• Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7
• Full flexibility to work across all listed shift patterns
• Reliable and committed to ongoing work
• Strong attention to detail
• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
