We're looking for a Senior UX Copywriter to help shape clear, user-friendly digital experiences across websites, customer portals, mobile applications, and AI-powered channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize UX content in Dutch and English.
- Create clear, accessible, and intuitive copy that improves the customer experience.
- Develop and maintain content guidelines, terminology, and tone of voice.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Researchers, Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Content Strategy.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and plain language.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of conversational AI and AI-driven content experiences is a plus.
