IT Project Manager – Digital Workforce Solutions

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our global client in the Energy industry. This role will be instrumental in implementing digital workforce solutions (such as Poka.io) and driving operational excellence through technology. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of digital workforce platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Standardize project management tools, methodologies, and processes across the organization.

• Manage integration projects and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on time and within scope.

• Act as the primary liaison between IT, operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, ideally within large-scale digital transformation projects.

• Proven experience delivering IT/Digital solutions in manufacturing or industrial environments.

• Familiarity with connected worker platforms (e.g., Poka.io, Tulip, Parsable) or similar digital tools.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with occasional travel.

Contract Details

• Contract: 6–9 months (with possible extension)

• Start Date: January 5th, 2026

• Location: Remote (rare travels within Europe for key milestones)
