Senior Project Manager Opportunity – Retail Transformation (France, Remote)
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major transformation project for the retail sales business of our good client within FMCG industry, in France. The project stars mid-October or early November. This is a 12-month contract, with most work fully remote and occasional presence near Paris preferred.
About the Project:
- Oversee the delivery of several new applications as part of a retail transformation program.
- Lead both technical and business teams through planning and execution.
- Manage multiple workstreams, including vendor teams delivering Sales Force Automation (SFE) and digital auditing solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across business and IT, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
- Provide recommendations based on data and support the adoption of new digital tools in stores.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects (ideally in retail or sales technology).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and deliver projects from end to end.
- Experience with SFE tools or digital retail solutions is a plus.
- French language skills and France-based candidates preferred.
- Comfortable working with diverse, international teams.
