HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver – Temp Work
Location: Sutton & New Malden

We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Drivers to support our client, across their Sutton and New Malden branches on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and professional drivers with timber or builders’ merchant experience.

Pay Rates £20ph 10hr shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering timber and building materials to commercial and residential sites
• Safe operation of HIAB (brick grab essential)
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintaining compliance with road safety regulations
• Providing excellent customer service on site

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid HIAB licence (brick grab or Hook required)
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Previous experience in a builders’ merchant or similar environment preferred
• Good geographical knowledge of the local area
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
