Team Leader – Co. Kilkenny
GI Group is recruiting on behalf of our client in the healthcare industry, a leading provider of residential and day support services for people with intellectual disabilities, autism, and additional support needs.
We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join a community-based service in County Kilkenny.
Position: Team Leader
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: €46,466 – €55,244 per annum

Key Requirements

• A minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework in Social Care Studies or an equivalent Health or Social Care qualification.
• At least 2 years' management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working with vulnerable adults and/or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Strong understanding of current policies and developments within the disability and social care sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• A full clean driving licence is essential.

Salary Range: €47,395 – €56,349 per annum
