Workshop Supervisor
Warwick, Warwickshire
£20 - £24 per hour + Bonus + 33 days holiday + Private healthcare + Overtime + Pension

Great opportunity has just arisen to join a leading mechanical engineering company based in Warwick. You will be supervising a small team of engineers whilst remaining hands on with servicing and repairs.

The Role:

• Undertakes and oversees repairs of electric motors, pumps and gearboxes.
• Providing training/toolbox talks to reports where needed.
• The cost-effective deployment of resources (labour and material) to achieve plan.
• Supervising team members, managing discipline, attitude, appearance and time keeping.
• Providing support and guidance to all employees while setting the standards for other to adopt.
• Workshop maintenance.
• Plan workflow in order to meet customer requirements as directed by the workshop manager and workshop foreman.

The Candidate:

• Previous supervisory experience within electrical motors, pumps and gearboxes.
• Computer skills required to basic level.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE.
• Team player.
• Excellent communication skills.
