A great opportunity has just become available with a prestigious company based in Devon, where you will be part of a tight knit but experienced Design team, working on new and existing products, producing designs for a range of projects. This role will suit someone who has gained some experience with Solidworks and Creo and is now looking for a step up into a more varied role with a company that actively promote from within.

The role:

• Designing and developing new and existing products.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team and management.
• Evaluating the performance of systems and making recommendations for improvements
• Assisting with the development of technical reports.
• Investigating and solving manufacturing problems using continous improvement processes.
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Experienced with Solidworks or Creo.
• Agricultural design - desirable.
• Degree in mechanical engineering or design discipline.
• Sheet metal/machining experience.
• Prior experience within a design department for manufacturing company.
