CNC PROGRAMMER & SETTER

£35,000 - £40,000 + HEALTH CASHPLAN + BENEFITS
Due to continued success and company expansion, my client are looking to add to their skilled team with the addition of an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer, with experience in the Building Services/HVAC arena.
We are looking for an ambitious person, with good experience in delivering projects in the Building services sector, you will typically be working with clients in the following industries; Defence, Healthcare and Education. If you're a driven & highly motivated person wishing to craft out a successful and rewarding future in what is a truly unique environment, this could be the role for you.
THE ROLE:
- Running aa variety of 3 Axis CNC machines.
- CNC Setting and Programming - using FANUC controls.
- Visual and Mechanical inspection of components, ensuring specs are met and quality upheld.
- Working with engineering drawings where required, to ensure manufacturing is accurate.
- Using handheld metrology equipment.
THE PERSON:
- Experience working with CNC Machines - 3 and 4 axis ideally.
- Experience with FANUC software.
- Familiar with Siemens Shopmill.
- CAM software experience.
- Good ability to work with Engineering drawings.
- Experienced working with handheld inspection equipment
