• Hours of work – Double days – 1 week of Earlies, followed by 1 week of Lates

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Mechanically minded technician to join a well established company, who are now going through a period of expansion. You will be working the double days shift and have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks and improve your skills, working closely with the Electrical teams.

The Role:

• Carry out the mechanical assembly of advanced technology products.
• Contribute to creating and updating documentation that supports Lean manufacturing practices.
• Adhere to all requirements outlined in the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Complete assigned tasks effectively while keeping the Team Leader informed of any material shortages, technical challenges, and actions taken to minimize disruption to production timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.

The Candidate:

• Previous mechanical fitting experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.
• Ability to fault find and implement corrective action.
• Happy working shifts.
