DEPOT MANAGER – BODMIN, CORNWALL
£40,000 - £45,000 + Car + 35 days AL, Free Parking, Company Bonus Scheme, DIS, Sick Pay Package
Due to ongoing success, my client are looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a Depot Manager, the company are going through a period of growth, which is owing to the companies recent successes and ambitions to grow further.
We are looking for someone who has ideally gained experience within a manufacturing environment and has experience managing/supervising a team.
THE ROLE:
- Overall responsibility for Depot project and activity implementation.
- Supervising a team.
- Engage with customers and staff.
- Uphold maintenance standards.
- Manage holiday, sickness and absence leave for the Depot.
- Opening and closing of the depot on a daily basis, ensuring all aspects of security
- within the depot
- Stock management
- Identify and instigate depot improvement required.
THE PERSON:
- Experience managing a team.
- Maintenance knowledge and experience (mechanical)
- Good communication skills.
- Happy dealing with customers directly.
